About CELL

The Centre for English Language Learning, CELL, is a subsidiary of the Malta Institute of Management, today over 41 years old. A wide range of management education and training programmes aimed at different levels, and also runs longer duration courses, ranging from one to three years. The Institute today also offers education programmes which are accredited by the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, and with the Edinburgh Business School in Scotland. In recent years, the demand for Specialised English Language learning programmes and courses, and English refresher courses to support management-specific courses, has grown, and more and more international participants have been shownig interest in the courses organised at the Institute. This has led to the setting up of CELL as a fully-fledged international and professional school, independent from the institute yet embodying all its principles and objectives.

Launched in 1964, The Malta Institute of Management is a non-political, non-negotiating and non-profit-making professional body, and its role is to champion management development in Malta. The Institute today represents around 1,000 individual members and some 200 corporate members. For more information,
